WE GUARANTEE ALL VIDEOS WE SELL TO BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.  IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE VIDEO JUST CALL OR EMAIL WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AND IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A VIDEO OF THE SAME SHOW AND EPISODE. WE MAY REQUEST THAT YOU RETURN THE DEFECTIVE VIDEO FOR QUALITY CONTROL PURPOSES.
